June 2022 Preorder Event

From June 18 9am PT until June 25 midnight PT, customers can preorder the items in this collection in whatever desired quantities. No items in this collection will sell out and they are guaranteed to be yours!

After the preorder period ends, we will consolidate the sold quantities and begin production for the products you preordered.

Upon completion, our team will package your preorders with care and with a free sampler of course! From preordering to packaging, the wait time is up to 3 months.

By purchasing any of the preorder products, the customer agrees to the following conditions:

● Any order containing a preorder will not be shipped for up to 3 months. This is because a preorder means an order for a product that has yet to be made.

● A direct consequence of the above is if an order contains a mix of preorder and non-preorder products, the entire order will not ship until every preorder product is ready. This is because shipping fees are paid once per order. If the customer wishes for other items to arrive earlier, they must place separate orders.

● Preorders cannot be cancelled.

● Customers are responsible for address correctness. If the customer discovers an error in their order address or they need to change their delivery address in a few months time, the customer will email thecoffeemonsterzco@gmail.com as soon as possible to alert us of this issue or possibility. The customer understands that changing their account address does not change the address for orders they have already placed, and they must email customer service for corrections.

● All of the listing images are digital mock-ups of the products. While we try our best to produce accurate results, machines are hand-tuned and therefore there will be inevitable variance when comparing what you see on your monitor versus the physical product.
