Cancellation

In compliance with the EU laws, EU customers may submit an order withdraw (return) within 14 days of the order being delivered, for any reason. Products must be in new & unused condition for a refund, and return shipping fees are not covered. This form does not automatically cancel your order, rather it is a two-step process for customers to submit an inquiry.
