- What is a preorder? None of these products exist currently. During the 7 days (June 14-21), customers may preorder whatever they like. After the preorder ends, the sold numbers will be sent off for manufacturing.
- What is the processing time Preorders have a processing time of up to 3 months to account for the production time, shipping, and packaging.
- Can I order other items from the shop with the preorder items? Yes! However items that are ordered together ship together, so this means the other items will not ship until the preorder products are ready. For separate shipments, please place separate orders.
- What if I don't know where I will be living in 3 months? Feel free to preorder with any address, and email us with this notice! We can contact you whenever your preorder is ready to ship so we can determine the best address to use then.
- Can I cancel or change my order During the preorder period of June 14-21, please email us to cancel or change your order. After June 21, we will not be able to issue cancellations of preorder products.
- Why is the website not giving me the choice of untracked shipping? If the option is not presented, that means your order cannot be sent as untracked shipping. This could be due to a specific item in your order, or the overall order is too big to be sent us untracked mail. Please send us an email if you would like specific feedback on your cart.
- Why is shipping $X? Shipping is always a pain point :(( The cost of shipping goes-up based on weight and volume of your order. In this case, pouches, stamps, and washi tapes are significantly heavier and larger than our paper sticker sheets. While we already absorb some shipping and labour for most parcels, it can still seem high. My products are not priced with shipping baked-in and I prefer to charge customers based on their order, rather than having some customers pay more while others pay less. With that being said, I am always looking for ways to reduce shipping costs and we work with several couriers to make this happen!
