Our third collaboration ink with Robert Oster! Murky Pond Water might look a little boring at first glance, but a deeper dive into the pond will reveal some of the fun underlying tones 🤭 I needed a dark, legible ink to use when I want to write with something more interesting than black. This is a dark grey with green, turquoise, & lavender notes!

Love the nuances of this ink. So shady (me being punny). Okay it's not the most shading ink, but I haven't tried it out in a stub yet and that will happen. Actually my TCMC Estie is just cleaned and it has a soft CI so maybe I'll give that a try first. Was originally going to put in Sailor Ceremonial Matcha. Anyway, this isn't a blog post, but I'm enjoying the ink so far in my Pilot Prera F nib. Looks classy and work appropriate while givin me murky smirkles.

I love this shade so much! I decided to buy this after I had a success with De Atramentis Document Black which was what Helen had recommended as a black. Needless to say, I am not disappointed and I especially love the lavender and grey hues!!!!
I really like this color ink.
I usually use bright colors for my inks. I have avoided boring black ink. This ink is a wonderful substitute... almost black gray with some character. I am glad I bought it!

Thos color is gorgeous. It has so many shades in its depth. Depending on nib size it can be anywhere from a medium pond water blue green to the nearly black blue of a deep lagoon at night.
