- What is a preorder? A preorder is a purchase for an item that is not ready yet. After the preorder period ends, we will manufacture the products according to how many were preordered by customers. Theese items will not sell out during the period of June 6 @ noon PT - June 13 @ 9pm PT.
- What is the processing time Since products are manufactured after purchase, the preorders have a processing time of 2-3 months.
- Can I order other items from the shop with the preorder items? Yes! However, since shipping is paid once per order, your entire order will not ship until the preorder items are ready in 2-3 months. Any orders containing preorder products will be automatically skipped. For separate shipments, please place separate orders.
- What if I don't know where I will be living in 3 months? Feel free to preorder with any address, and email us with this notice! We can contact you whenever your preorder is ready to ship so we can determine the best address to use then.
- Can I cancel or change my order? During the preorder period of June 6-13, please email us to cancel or change your order. After June 13, we will not be able to issue cancellations of preorder products.

Bianca Abarca This washi is too cute! I love anything violet. I love that I was able to secure this before the June Preorder event. My only fear is that I use it too much in my planner, so this 1/2 roll might run out!

@planningncraftingtina Love the idea of the 1/2 roll!! It wasn’t until after too many years of buying every roll by a shop that I love, making sure to buy 2 rolls of the ones that loved the most, that I finally realized/accepted that there was very little chance that I actually finish a whole entire roll. Especially when buying every roll that was released by multiple different shops…. That wasn’t my thought process when I started buying washi 🙈 now after multiple years of buying easily over 30 rolls a month…. I have so much and I’m so indecisive I want to be able to use all of it every day and it takes the longest time to simply choose which washi for a spread….
So to the point - this size and this color is absolutely perfect!! I will make a point of using it as soon as I get it!!!
