Collection: Mental Health Stickers

I have been battling with various mental health issues for years and I only recently started seeking professional help. While everyone deals with a different set of challenges, I think one thing we can all agree on is: it is hard. It is so hard to pretend to be a functioning human when everything on the inside is not cooperating. I am still working on "fixing" myself, but I have accepted that it is going to be a life-long journey. So in the meantime, one of the things that really help me during tough times is turning off all devices, making a cup of coffee, and playing with my stationery supplies. It probably sounds bizarre to those outside of the stationery community, but I truly believe it is the little, silly joys like stickers that keep us going when all else fails.
