This emoti sheet exactly depicts the pain of having periods but I love how cute the emotis are. I use this every time I have a cramps and just craving for food.
I have PCOS and get MAJOR pain and am very irregular. So these are kind of perfect! They describe how I feel, but also help me track when I get it.
