I did not receive the correct order. A washi tape I ordered was not delivered. Instead I got a roll of washi I did not order. I have contacted TCMC 3x and no one has responded. I understand they are busy but it has been over a month since my first email to TCMC. I would just like the washi that I ordered. I am not happy that I have to send this unsatisfied review as I am a long time TCMC customer and enjoy their products. I’d just like the washi I ordered.

I had asked for you to include a photo documentation of the incorrect product received, and offered to send out a replacement to you as soon as we receive the documentation. I completely understand your frustrations, and I hope you can understand that we have tried every avenue possible to respond to you and it's likely that hotmail is sending our replies to your junk mail. If you are able to see this review response, I hope you can see whether we have been flagged in your inbox. I'm so sorry for the troubles!
