TheCoffeeMonsterzCo Fountain Pen - Esterbrook Collaboration

I wanted this pen to be timeless, but also unique in the fountain pen space. It's always a challenge designing something that can appeal to many people, while maintaining uniqueness, and have it be something I personally love. I hope I have done a decent job there 😅

• Body: A creamy tan colour
• Grip & Cap Ring: A material by Carolina pen Company called "caffeine withdrawls". I wanted something to represent milk being poured into iced coffee! Each pen will have a unique blend.
• Nib: A steel nib with an emoti head engraving and little sparkles! Just a touch of cuteness that is for your eyes only :)
• Filling Mechanism: Comes with a converter so you can fill it with any ink! This pen also takes cartridges.
• Packaging: Is it wrong to like the packaging almost as much as the pen? Almost. A beautiful drawer box with a surprise inside!
• Other Info: This pen is part of Esterbrook's Esties line. One of my favourite features is the cushion closure cap which ensures the nib is wet and ready to write. Esterbrook nibs are also interchangeable, so you can purchase different nib units on their website and swap it into this pen!

General Information:

Shipping will begin approximately 1-2 weeks after the launch. There is an extra layer of complexity (see below) so we need to work with Esterbrook to ensure orders are handled correctly.

USA Customers:

With the major group of our customers being from the USA, there has been some anxiousness surrounding tariffs.

As of March 27th, no tariffs are being collected on orders under 800USD going from Canada to the USA. However, there has been a lot of volatility regarding tariffs so this can change at any moment.

To best serve our customers in the USA, we have asked Esterbrook to dispatch most purchases for USA customers even if it is purchased from our website. Orders containing the collaboration items and other items from our store might be sent separately as two parcels. Due to this extra procedure, I will need some time to sort through all of the orders and pens will start to ship in 1-2 weeks.

Every order will be evaluated on a case-by-case scenario with our customers' best interest at heart.

Especially with a high value item, I know purchasing internationally can come with additional challenges for our customers. In addition to TCMC's trusted retailers, Esterbrook has also distributed this pen to their international retailers so we can bring this collaboration to you worldwide.

• What is a journaler nib? This is a specialty grind that was developed by Gena, just for Esterbrook. They take a medium nib and grind it down to a smooth italic stub. A little line variation that adds a bit of flair to your writing, without it being too distracting!
• Why is the journaler nib more expensive? Each nib takes additional time to grind by Gena. The additional cost is for the craftsmanship and time.
