Disclaimer: This book was illustrated, written, and put together by me (Helen) when I was 15 years old. This likely means it is littered with spelling errors, grammar mistakes, and very primitive advice. I actually have not opened this file since 2015 as I am afraid I will cringe too much and accidentally pull a muscle. Regardless, this remains a sentimental piece of work as it is what started TheCoffeeMonsterzCO so I still have it available for sale!
