2024 Subscription Information & FAQs

As 2023 comes to an end, I want to thank every subscriber (+ one timers) for your support during our first year of subscriptions. I appreciate your patience so much as I took on this new project. I do believe I have several changes that will make the 2024 subscription smoother for everyone.
1. The Four Tiers
We are introducting a new subscription option for 2024, which means there will be four options to choose from! Unlike grocery prices, there will be a small price decrease on a few of the tiers along with a content change.
That's right! A washi-only subscription was heavily requested and I am so excited to offer this option for 2024. The $3 decrease from the Snail Parcel and Snail Mail is mainly because we are changing the bundle contents. Instead of the previous "5-7 items", it will be "3-4 washi tapes and 1-2 other items". I believe both cost wise and usability wise, this makes the bundle less overwhelming, and more stationery focused.
2. Billing & Shipping Schedule
Since this is a quarterly subscription, billing occurs every 3 months, 4 times a year. A change we are making is that all subscription renewals will be billed at the same time, and all shipping will occur within the same time window. This modified schedule will cut down on waiting times and long gaps between payments & shipping.
The graphic above also discloses some very important information... the themes! These are sneak peeks for the 4 planned themes and rough colour palettes. Although you can cancel or skip your subscription anytime, hopefully this helps you with setting some expectations!
3. Q4 Bonus Gift
With the 2024 Q4 bundle, I want to include a bonus as a thank you for all subscribers. Subscribers will get a link to a poll and you will get to vote on a bonus gift! I haven't yet decided when the link will be provided, but I will definitely keep you updated!
4. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I cancel or skip my subscription?
>> Cancellations and skipping can be done directly in your subscription management portal, or by emailing thecoffeemonsterzco@gmail.com. Note the following cancel/skip dates:
> Cancel or skip Q1 bundle before January 31
> Cancel or skip Q2 bundle before April 30
> Cancel or skip Q3 bundle before July 31
> Cancel or skip Q4 bundle before October 31
Q: Can I order multiple subscriptions?
>> Yes you can! However, you will have to subscribe separately multiple times. Meaning if you would like 5 Snail Mail subscriptions, you must make 5 separate Snail Mail purchases. The only exception is the Washi Wizards tier which we are allowing multiple bundles per transaction.
Q: Can I order other things with the subscription?
>> Unfortunately not! Please ensure subscriptions are purchased alone. If an order contains both a subscription and other items from the shop, we will ship out the other items and cancel the subscription.
Q: What if I want extras of some items? Will they be for sale later on?
>> Any leftover pieces from the subscription will be listed individually in our store during clearance sales. The subscription items unfortunately will never be restocked nor be permanent items in our store.

*Some international zones may have slightly higher costs for tracked shipping due to limited service.
Q: Where do I find sneak peeks?
>> Sneak peeks will be posted during the first month of each quarter (January, April, July, October) on our subscription Instagram and subscription Facebook group. However, I know that not everyone has (or want) access to social media, so I will be updating the listings with photos of the sneak peeks when the time comes. You can simply check the listings for these photos to determine whether you want to purchase, cancel, skip, etc.

Hi Helen. I’m still a newbie – first year and still waiting on my very first order. After reading all of the comments it seems to me it shouldn’t be fair to so many people who want to order just 1 subscription if your company is selling out that fast. I deleted my second order just to get to order a subscription because according to the the instructions a subscription has to be a separate order. Hmmmm. However, please let me say I do understand very much how much pressure and stress it puts on you and your staff to run your company. Still, this is not fair. Oddly enough, I will continue to watch your videos (which I’ve been doing for days – just to get to know you) and continue to order your stickers because you seem to have hit the hot spot for me and my many medical issues that I will be able to track and take to my doctors for all of my appointments, of which there are many. But, those particular stickers are just a part of what I would like to use. You are a very talented young woman and I would give anything to have just 1/100th of the energy you have to do all that you do “outside” of your office as well. I might as well say I envy you. I hope you understand this comment is just my opinion. However, there are many of us out here who are housebound (me), have very little energy or otherwise unable to do something they might enjoy that doesn’t cost so much and can make it their own with a few stickers and a notebook. This is what I chose to do because of my condition – my seizures do not help my situation but I’m going to give it my best because you have inspired me. Still, if you find that a project you start causes so many side effects with all the followers you already have and leaving out those that will grow your business maybe you should make a few changes for those of us that don’t have a chance to have something special too. I know you can because you are that kind of a person. For example, I would love to have a pencil case to hold some favorite pens. That would be a wonderful consolation with a vinyl sticker or discontinued sticker sheet. Everyone who missed out today won’t forget it. It was probably the one and only thing that would have made their day. Mine included because I’m home alone while my husband and son are visiting family – which unfortunately I can’t because of my health. You are a take charge woman and I know you can make some adjustments to satisfy the majority. I hope you understand this long and drawn out opinion. Now I’m off to make another order…

Hi, me also tried to purchase and all sold out. Will there be another chance to subscribe?
I came on line THE SECOND I could order my sub box and they were all sold out. Are you already at your capacity and do not plan to have any new subscribers?
