As of March 27th, no tariffs are being collected on orders under 800USD going from Canada to the USA. However, there has been a lot of volatility regarding tariffs so this can change at any moment.

To best serve our customers in the USA, we have asked Esterbrook to dispatch most purchases for USA customers even if it is purchased from our website. Orders containing the collaboration items and other items from our store might be sent separately as two parcels.

Every order will be evaluated on a case-by-case scenario with our customers' best interest at heart.

Yes! If you got a spot for the pop-up event and you secured your pen purchase from our website, please email us with both your RSVP confirmation and pen order number. Please send this email before April 7th so we have time to get it ready. Your shipping fee will be refunded after the pop-up event to ensure that it is picked-up.

Initially, this collection was just a one-off launch. However after Esterbrook saw the incredible reaction from both the planner community and fountain pen community, we will be going ahead with a round 2!

The pen, ink, and blotter papers will be restocked towards the end of April and through May on our website and across a few retailers.

TheCoffeeMonsterzCo customers are used to having unlimited preorders, so I want to note that we will not be hosting unlimited preorders for these products. I will try my best to secure restock inventory!

Shipping fees depend on where you live, what you buy, and how much you buy. The following are estimates for shipping costs if you were to buy the fountain pen.

• The higher shipping cost reflects the additional packaging and heavier weight of these products. Our usual shipping for stickers is much cheaper.
• The fountain pen and ink bottle cannot be sent as lettermail.
• The blotter paper can be sent as lettermail, if purchased by itself or with other flat paper goods (e.g. sticker sheets)!

Please see the authorized retailers listed above for vendors that are closer to you, who can possibly ship it to you for less!

Canada: Estimated 19 CAD for tracked shipping.

USA: Estimated 15 USD for tracked shipping.

Europe & Asia (with exceptions): Estimated 17 USD for tracked shipping.

Oceania: Estimated 19 USD for tracked shipping.

Some Exceptions: 20-30 USD for tracked shipping. These are countries that do not have economy tracking available 😔 A few examples: Brunei, Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, Greece, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Caymen Islands, Kenya, Brazil, India, Croatia, etc.

The above categories are very broad and there are exceptions. The above categories also reflect the majority of our customer base so not all countries and regions are listed. If your country or region is not listed and you would like an estimate, please email thecoffeemonsterzco@gmail.com with what you are wanting to purchase!

• The fountain pen and blotter paper will start shipping in about 1 week, and it may take a further week or two for us to get through all orders. This is because I need to thoroughly vet orders to ensure nobody has exceeded the per customer limits, as well, coordinate with Esterbrook to dispatch USA orders (see the first FAQ question).
• The ink is unfortunately stuck at a port awaiting clearance. While we were confident that it would be ready for this launch, only part of the shipment was cleared. Therefore, we don't have our full stock of ink bottles on hand. We will dispatch as many as we can, but a portion of orders may only start shipping in 2-3 weeks.

My personal experience with Esterbrook pens has been excellent, and each one has written beautifully out of the box. Should you have any issues with your pen, Esterbrook offers warranty and service on all of their pens even if purchased through a retailer!
