• What is a preorder? A preorder is a purchase for an item that is not ready yet. After the preorder period ends, we will manufacture the products according to how many were preordered by customers. Theese items will not sell out during the period of June 6 @ noon PT - June 13 @ 9pm PT.
• What is the processing time Since products are manufactured after purchase, the preorders have a processing time of 2-3 months.
• Can I order other items from the shop with the preorder items? Yes! However, since shipping is paid once per order, your entire order will not ship until the preorder items are ready in 2-3 months. Any orders containing preorder products will be automatically skipped. For separate shipments, please place separate orders.
• What if I don't know where I will be living in 3 months? Feel free to preorder with any address, and email us with this notice! We can contact you whenever your preorder is ready to ship so we can determine the best address to use then.
• Can I cancel or change my order? During the preorder period of June 6-13, please email us to cancel or change your order. After June 13, we will not be able to issue cancellations of preorder products.

✏️ While we try our best to ensure that the photos represent the products, there may be variances due to differences in monitor, lighting, and the nature of the product. Props are not included in the purchase. The product will not be watermarked.

🌎 Shipping worldwide. Shipping costs and timeframes vary by country, and types of items ordered. Please see our shipping calculator on the cart page for estimates!

• USA: Tariffs are prepaid and taken care of beforehand–no surprise fees at your door! Each shipment must be less than 800USD; orders exceeding 800USD will need to be separated.
• EU: Orders under €150 will ship under IOSS, with prepaid VAT & duties. Orders above €150 must pay VAT & duties upon delivery. Any excess tax charged will be refunded.
