frequently asked questions
None of these products have been made, and only the digital mock-up is provided. During the 7 days (June 14-21), customers may preorder whatever they like. After the preorder ends on June 21th, the sold numbers will be sent off for manufacturing.
Preorders have a processing time of up to 3 months to account for the production time, shipping, and packaging.
In general, washi tapes finish quicker, followed by pouches, and stamps usually require the longest time. For this reason, some customers who don't want to wait as long for their entire order may choose to make 1 preorder of the washi tapes, and 1 preorder of the pouches + stamps. We are not encouraging placing multiple preorders, but we want to share this information in case it is your preference!
Yes! However items that are ordered together ship together, so this means the other items will not ship until the preorder products are ready. For separate shipments, please place separate orders.
Feel free to preorder with any address, and email us afterwards with this notice! We can contact you whenever your preorder is ready to ship so we can determine the best address to use then.

During the preorder period of June 14-21, please email us to cancel or change your order. However after June 21, we will not be able to issue cancellations of preorder products as the items are reserved for your order. If you have concerns, definitely let us know and we will try our best to help!
Only the range of products I have curated for this event will be available for preorder!
I (Helen) have a hard time saying "no", but I do have to draw strict dates for this preorder and we do not grant extensions. From the beginning of our announcement to the end of the preorder, it is about a 3 week period for customers to prepare so we hope that it is sufficient time for most.
The reason why extensions cannot be given is since preorders already have a long processing time of up to 3 months, we want to get started on manufacturing as soon as possible. We already lose 1 week of time while the preorder is going on, so further extensions mean customers who preordered on time will have to wait longer for their orders.
Please know I always have fun products and events lined-up to look forward to, if this one is missed!
Yes. This preorder is just the best time to order. Customers have 7 days to order in whatever quantities they wish and without a rush.
In future months after all of the preorders ship, any leftover inventory will be made available in store in the form of a "clearance" or "overstock" sale. Since these are leftover pieces, stock is limited to whatever is lef and there are usually per customer limits so that things do not sell out too quickly.
So yes there will be future chances to purchase these designs, but it just won't be in this preorder format!
If the option is not presented, that means your order cannot be sent as untracked shipping. This could be due to your location, a specific item in your order, or the overall order is too big to be sent us untracked mail.
Example: If a Canadian customer orders a 1" washi tape, it automatically disqualifies the order from untracked shipping. This is because Canada Post has a height limit for domestic untracked mail.
Example: A pouch is not a flat paper good, so it automatically disqualifies the order from untracked lettermail shipping.
Shipping is always a pain point :((
The cost of shipping goes-up based on weight and volume of your order. In this case, pouches, stamps, and washi tapes are significantly heavier than our paper sticker sheets. Pouches, stamps, and washi tapes are also not flat paper goods, so it cannot be sent as lettermail.
While we already absorb some shipping and labour for most parcels, it can still seem high. My products are not priced with shipping baked-in and I prefer to charge customers based on their order, rather than having some customers pay more while others pay less. With that being said, I am always looking for ways to reduce shipping costs and we work with several couriers to make this happen!
