Preorder hybrid is a concept we came up with to guarantee that all customers who shop during the sale can secure the new items.

• The ready-to-ship stock will be available when the sale starts, on March 7 @ 9am PT.
• If a preorder hybrid item sells out, the preorder button will be enabled. Customers will be able to preorder the product in whatever quantities they wish, up until the sale ends: March 10 @ 11:59pm PT.
• As long as customers shop between the aforementioned dates, they will be guaranteed the preordered items.
• Preorders have a processing time of up to 3 months while the products are being manufactured.
• All other items in our store are not preorder hybrids, and may sell out.

Yes you can! However:

• Items ordered together, ship together. Since shipping is paid once per order, your entire order will not ship until the preorder items are ready in up to 3 months.
• If you are okay with the wait, then preorder & non-preorder items can be purchased together.
• If you would like the in-stock items to be shipped first, please place one order for preorder items and a separate order for non-preorder items.

There are no limits!

• Since there will be preorders as back-up if anniversary items sell out, all customers will be able to purchase the products if they wish. Therefore, there are no per customer limits needed.
• In general, if a product has a per customer limit, it will be labelled on the listing in multiple places, so there is no ambiguity!

Unfortunately not. For other times of the year, we are happy to combine 2 separate orders into 1 shipment so customers can save some shipping costs. During large sale events such as this anniversary sale, we will not be able to combine orders. Orders that are placed separately, ship separately. This is to reduce friction for our staff so that we can process the influx of orders as swiftly as possible, for all customers.

Unfortunately not. Our bean card program ended on February 28th. This decision was made due to needing to cut-down on some of my workload and hopefully to have a healthier 2026! As a firm boundary, we are not granting extensions and we will be launching a new point reward program on March 1st as a replacement. I am so sorry 😞

Unfortunately not.

• Coupon codes must be applied at prior to payment, at checkout. We are not able to apply coupon codes retroactively.
• If you would like to cancel your order and make a new order with the coupon code, please send us an email to cancel the erroneous order.
• Coupons cannot be stacked; our website acepts 1 coupon per order.
• Gift cards count as a payment method and not a coupon, thus can be used in conjunction with a coupon code.

We will try our best to help so you are satisfied with your order!

• If you would like to edit the order items or cancel your order, please send us an email. We should be able to help as long as your order has not entered our order packing queue.
• Preorders can be modified or cancelled during the sale. We will not be able to cancel preorders after the event is over on March 10th, as the products manufactured are reserved for your order.

2. Email thecoffeemonsterzco@gmail.com immediately with your order number. Let us know that you would like to be contacted for an updated address prior to shipping.
3. Whenever your order is ready to ship, someone on our team will send you an email for the best addess to use then.
4. If you happen to finalize your address before we contact you, feel free to email us first with your updated address to avoid any delays!

Unfortunately not. The end of the sale & preorder window is a firm deadline.

After the sale ends, we collect the preorder data and arrange production right away. Extending the sale window would mean that customers who ordered early will have to wait longer for their preorder products, so it is important to me that we stick to our word!

Yes, with a few notes:

• The initial launch & preorder of new products is just the "best time" to purchase, since all customers are guarnateed stock.
• We host several clearance sales throughout the year, in which we sell off leftover pieces from past preorder events. That is usually the second chance to purchase these items. However, due to it being a clearance sale, stock tends to sell out quickly.
• There is a possibility that a popular product will be produced again as a full restock in later years.
