9 Year Anniversary Event
Thank you for stopping by! Here you will find the consolidated information about our 9 year anniversary event. We are doing sneak peeks every few days in our Facebook group and on Instagram. This page will also be updated with sneak peeks as products are revealed!
1. General Details
Unlike previous events, this one will be split into two parts. This is due to a special project that has been delayed during production.

Preorder hybrid is a concept we came up with to guarantee all customers who shop during the sale can purchase the new items.
For this anniversary sale, every product in the Tabletop Treasures collection will be available for preorder, if sold-out.
The stock we have on hand will be made available on March 15 @ 9am PT. If a preorder hybrid item sells out, a preorder button will be enabled. Customers can then preorder the product freely.
The preorder window will be open until the sale ends on March 17 @ 11:59pm PT. As long as customers shop between those dates, they will be guaranteed the aforementioned washi tapes.
A note that preorders have a processing time of up to 3 months while the products are being made retroactively.
All other items are not preorder hybrids, and may sell out.
Yes you can! However, please note that since shipping is paid once per order, your entire order will not ship until the preorder items are ready in up to 3 months. This means you will be waiting up to 3 months for your non-preorder items as well. If you are okay with this wait, then preorder and regular items can be purchased together. Otherwise, we recommend for you to place one order for preorder items and a separate order for non-preorder items.
For other times of the year, we are happy to combine your multiple orders into 1 shipment so you can save some shipping costs.
Unfortunately during large sale events such as our anniversary sale, we will not be able to combine orders. Orders that are placed separately, ship separately. This is to ensure that we can process the influx of orders as swiftly as possible.
Coupon codes must be applied at prior to payment, at checkout. We are not able to apply coupon codes retroactively.
If you would like to cancel your order and make a new order with the coupon code, please send us an email to cancel the erroneous order.

We will try our best to help you with your order so you are satisfied with your items! If you would like to add or remove items from your order, please send us an email. We should be able to help with as long as your order has not entered our order packing queue, and your requested addition is not an out-of-stock item.
Preorders can be cancelled during the sale. We will not be able to cancel preorders after the event is over as the items are reserved for your order.
