Kathy Metellus I did not receive the correct order. A washi tape I ordered was not delivered. Instead I got a roll of washi I did not order. I have contacted TCMC 3x and no one has responded. I understand they are busy but it has been over a month since my first email to TCMC. I would just like the washi that I ordered. I am not happy that I have to send this unsatisfied review as I am a long time TCMC customer and enjoy their products. I’d just like the washi I ordered.

I had asked for you to include a photo documentation of the incorrect product received, and offered to send out a replacement to you as soon as we receive the documentation. I completely understand your frustrations, and I hope you can understand that we have tried every avenue possible to respond to you and it's likely that hotmail is sending our replies to your junk mail.
